This is an IN PERSON class on either a local track or hill working on Speed and Strength. Every session will be different and will push you a bit out of your comfort zone. We'll do a dynamic warmup followed by intervals on the track/hill and intervals of strength training (with a focus on single leg strength and core stability). Everyone can work at own pace but still be together supporting and pushing each other forward. We end the workout with a group cool down and stretch.
