Mobility and a strong core are essential to every moment you make all day long. This class combines stretching, mobility  and core work to increase your range of motion, stabilize your center and strengthen your core (abs, hips, glute, back and more).  You will leave feeling taller, stronger, and more relaxed. This class will be offered virtually online via Zoom. Download Zoom to your phone or tablet or grab your computer and join us. Meeting ID and password will be emailed to all registered participants.
