Your CORE (abs, glutes, hips, back) is your FOUNDATION so let's focus on that center and build postural control, stability, and strength. 

You'll need: A small space-that's it.
Optional: light weights (even soup cans will work), resistance band, pillow or small ball or pillow. But if you have none of those, no problem. I give options. This is a low impact class suitable for all. 

This class will be offered virtually online via Zoom. Download Zoom to your phone or tablet or grab your computer and join us. Meeting ID and password will be emailed to all registered participants.
