--On-Demand library of strength training, core, and mobility videos to activate and strengthen your running muscles
--24/7 Access to Private Power Within FB community to ask questions, receive answers and get support to help you stay on track and committed 
--Fantastic and supportive group of women to cheer you on, offer you support, and help you stay  accountable to yourself and your goals
